We begin the session with Reiki energy healing then, through a guided meditation/hypnosis, we will journey to your soul and explore the most relevant time and place for healing and self-discovery. Visions may occur or nothing at all, either way healing and knowingness is happening on a metaphysical level. You may gain deeper understanding of your session days, weeks or months later.
